Mr. Calaway finished his high school in Petoskey Michigan. As a senior he won the State of Michigan Contemporaneous Speaking competition. He attended Wright State University, where he went to Nationals as a debater. He graduated with a degree in Philosophy. He then went to University of Cincinnati for Law School; and then was a criminal defense attorney for 15 years before going into the Juvenile Court Probation Office of Montgomery County. Mr. Calaway then moved to education where he was the Dean of Students and Assistant Director of Operations for a credit Recovery School. Mr. Calaway has a passion for helping others, and he is committed to education. He likes to bike and spend time with his dog Arya.
